स्कूल शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, झारखंड सरकार के अंतर्गत राज्य के लिए अल्पावधि अनुबंध के आधार पर कंप्यूटर प्रोग्रामर और सहायक कर्मचारियों की भर्ती निकली है। जिला स्तरीय प्रबंधन संरचना
झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद (जेईपीसी) सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम के तहत होगा ।

एसएसए ( SSA ) सबसे बड़े राष्ट्रीय स्तर के सामाजिक कार्यक्रम में से एक है जिसका लक्ष्य 6-18 वर्ष के आयु वर्ग के सभी बच्चों को शिक्षा प्रदान करना है। इसके अलावा, जेईपीसी कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय और स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग, सरकार के अन्य समान कार्यक्रम भी लागू कर रहा है। झारखण्ड के. राज्य स्तर/जिला में संविदा के आधार पर नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के तहत कंप्यूटर प्रोग्रामर की भर्ती के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित की गई है ।

Details of Post Requirement and Job Profile of Computer Programmer under JEPC:

Essential Minimum Qualification :
(Computer Science
Electronics and
Bachelor of B.Tech. Engineering)/ Communication Engineering from a recognized Institutions/ University.

Desirable / preference for post

Preference shall be given to candidates having M.Tech in relevant field specified under essential qualification.

Software Development/

C. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in the field of DBA/ Oracle Programming in any Government/ Semi Govt. Organizations/ State Govt. Organizations or Institutions of repute.

Job Profile

Computer Programmer is primarily positioned at state level office reporting to the component head and the State Project Director.

The responsibilities of the Computer Programmer shall be designing & developing the Software for the purpose of collection, storage, compilation and processing of data/information, internet/intranet operations, assistance in programming, analysis & MIS support, coordination in governance and other support functions.

Any other assignment given by the office of the JEPC and State Project Director.

AGE : 35 – 40 (category wise)
. Age relaxation: their respective category.

For JEPC officials working under Jharkhand Education Project Council/Samagra Siksha/RMSA/KGBV/Sakshar Bharat programme/ Mahila Samakhaya, there shall be relaxation in age to the level of number of years worked in the above mentioned organizations as per the decision of 52 EC of JEPC.

. Application Processing Fee: Applicant shall be required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) through JEPC website using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI Payment post submission of the application form. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes category are required to pay only 50 percent of the above mentioned processing fee of the above mentioned categories of posts. However, they are required to attach caste certificates duly issued by the competent authority and attested by the Gazetted Officer otherwise their applications will be rejected. Application fees will not be received in any other form (Cash/IPO/demand draft etc.).

2. Application received after stipulated date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. The applicants are advised to see the JEPC official website for updated information related to recruitment regularly.

4. As JEPC has adopted the reservation policy of the State Government, the applicant must mention his/her reservation caste category viz. SC/ST/OBC/General etc., as the case may be, and upload the caste certificate duly issued by the Sub Divisional Officer of the concerned sub district or such authority as has been designated by the Govt. for issuance of such certificates. The original certificates will be examined at the time of interview.

9. Any dispute with regard to this recruitment will be subject to the court having its jurisdiction at Ranchi only.

JEPC, as employer, will reply/attend to such suit/legal proceedings. 10. The State project Director, Jharkhand Education Project Council reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any point of time without assigning any reason.
